摘要
目的研究卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者血清单胺氧化酶(MAO)水平升高与单胺类神经递质和氧化应激的关系。方法选取2016年8月至2019年12月我院收治的300例缺血性脑卒中患者,根据抑郁情况将其分为合并抑郁的PSD组(n=128)和不合并抑郁的PS组(n=172);另选取同期体检的100例健康体检者作为对照组。采用相应试剂盒测定血清MAO、神经递质、氧化应激指标水平,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价抑郁情绪,并分析PSD组患者MAO水平与HAMD评分、血清指标的相关性。结果PSD组的血清MAO水平及HAMD评分明显高于PS组及对照组(P<0.05)。PSD组的血清5-HT、NE、DA水平明显低于PS组及对照组(P<0.05)。PSD组的血清T-AOC、BDNF水平明显低于PS组及对照组,MDA、NSE、GFAP水平明显高于PS组及对照组(P<0.05)。经Pearson检验,PSD组患者MAO水平与HAMD评分及血清MDA、NSE、GFAP水平呈正相关,与血清5-HT、NE、DA、T-AOC、BDNF水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论PSD患者血清MAO水平的升高与抑郁情绪加剧、单胺类神经递质分泌不足、氧化应激反应增强有关。
Objective To study the relationship between increased serum monoamine oxidase(MAO)level and monoamine neurotransmitters and oxidative stress in patients with post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods A total of 300 patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2019 were selected and divided into PSD group with depression(n=128)and PS group without depression(n=172)according to their depression status.In addition,100 healthy people who had physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The corresponding kit was used to determine serum levels of MAO,neurotransmitters,and oxidative stress indicators,and the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate depression,and the correlation of MAO level with HAMD score and serum indexes in the PSD group were analyzed.Results The serum MAO level and HAMD score in the PSD group were significantly higher than those in the PS group and the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of 5-HT,NE and DA in the PSD group were significantly lower than those in the PS group and the control group(P<0.05).The levels of T-AOC and BDNF in the PSD group were significantly lower than those in the PS group and the control group,and the levels of MDA,NSE and GFAP were significantly higher than those in the PS group and the control group(P<0.05).According to Pearson test,MAO level in the PSD group was positively correlated with HAMD score and serum MDA,NSE,GFAP levels,and negatively correlated with serum 5-HT,NE,DA,T-AOC and BDNF levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The increase of serum MAO level in PSD patients is related to the increase of depression,the lack of monoamine neurotransmitters and the enhancement of oxidative stress response.
