苏州市区128例老年血脂代谢紊乱患者的中医证候分析

Analysis of TCM syndromes in 128 elderly patients with dyslipidemia in urban area of Suzhou

目的对128例血脂代谢紊乱老年患者的中医辨证分型进行分析,总结中医证型与血脂主要指标之间的关系。方法调查苏州市区128例高脂血症老年患者的体检资料,记录一般情况(性别、年龄、身高、体重),分析中医证候,测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果128例高脂血症老年患者中,肝肾阴虚证26例,脾肾阳虚证30例,阴虚阳亢证25例,气滞络瘀证12例,痰浊阻遏证35例。在各中医证型中,痰浊阻遏证患者的TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平最低而TG水平最高。结论在各证型构成比中,占比最高的是痰浊阻遏证,最低的是气滞络瘀证。痰浊阻遏证的主要表现为TG单项水平升高;其他各证型表现为TC、TG双项水平升高。

Objective To analyze the TCM syndrome differentiation of 128 elderly patients with dyslipidemia,and summarize the relationship between TCM syndrome types and main indexes of blood lipid.Methods The physical examination data of 128 elderly patients with hyperlipidemia in Suzhou city were investigated.The general conditions(gender,age,height and weight)were recorded,and the TCM syndromes were analyzed.The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were determined.Results Among 128 elderly patients with hyperlipidemia,there were 26 cases of liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,30 cases of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,25 cases of Yin deficiency with exuberant Yang syndrome,12 cases of Qi stagnation and collateral stasis syndrome and 35 cases of phlegm-turbidity stagnation syndrome.Among all TCM syndromes,the levels of TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in patients with phlegm-turbidity stagnation syndrome were the lowest and the level of TG was the highest.Conclusion In the constituent ratio of various syndrome type,the highest one is phlegm-turbidity stagnation syndrome,and the lowest one is Qi stagnation and collateral stasis syndrome.The main manifestation of the phlegm-turbid suppression syndrome is a single increase in TG level;the other syndromes show a dual increase in TC and TG levels.
