扶正消癥祛毒方辅助CAF化疗治疗原发性晚期乳腺癌患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of Fuzheng Xiaozheng Qudu prescription assisted CAF chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with primary advanced breast cancer

目的探讨扶正消癥祛毒方辅助CAF化疗治疗原发性晚期乳腺癌患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月我院收治的216例原发性晚期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各108例。对照组行CAF化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合扶正消癥祛毒方治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分低于对照组,KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CEA、CA153、p53、VEGF水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正消癥祛毒方辅助CAF化疗治疗原发性晚期乳腺癌患者的效果显著,能有效改善临床症状,降低肿瘤标志物及细胞因子水平,且不良反应较少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Xiaozheng Qudu prescription assisted CAF chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with primary advanced breast cancer.Methods A total of 216 patients with primary advanced breast cancer admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 108 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CAF chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Xiaozheng Qudu prescription on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and KPS score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA,CA153,p53 and VEGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Xiaozheng Qudu prescription assisted CAF chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with primary advanced breast cancer has significant effect,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,and reduce the levels of tumor markers and cytokines,with less adverse reactions.
