Objective To explore the effects of high quality nursing on the psychological state and nursing satisfaction of uremia patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods A total of 100 uremia patients undergoing hemodialysis admitted from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group(50 cases, high quality nursing intervention)and control group(50 cases, routine nursing intervention)by subsection randomization method. The psychological state, biochemical index levels, nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of serum calcium, albumin and hemoglobin in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of serum phosphorus, sodium, potassium, urea nitrogen and creatinine were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing for uremia patients undergoing hemodialysis can promote the improvement of psychological state and biochemical index levels, improve nursing satisfaction, and control the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
