人性化护理模式联合集束化护理在小骨窗微创手术治疗脑出血中的应用效果

Application effect of humanized nursing mode combined with cluster nursing on small bone window minimally invasive surgery for cerebral hemorrhage

目的探究人性化护理模式联合集束化护理在小骨窗微创手术治疗脑出血中的应用效果。方法将2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的80例小骨窗微创手术治疗的脑出血患者按照护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加人性化护理模式联合集束化护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的运动功能、记忆功能以及语言功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理模式联合集束化护理应用在小骨窗微创术治疗脑出血患者中,能够缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,改善运动功能、记忆功能以及语言功能,减少并发症,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing mode combined with cluster nursing on small bone window minimally invasive surgery for cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated by small bone window minimally invasive surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received humanized nursing mode combined with cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss volume was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of motor function,memory function and language function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing mode combined with cluster nursing applied in patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated by small bone window minimally invasive surgery can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss volume,improve motor function,memory function and language function,reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
