人文关怀化护理管理对肥胖初产孕妇妊娠结局和泌乳功能的影响

目的探讨人文关怀化护理管理对肥胖初产孕妇妊娠结局和泌乳功能的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年2月本院产科收治的100例肥胖初产孕妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组建档后接受常规产检和常规化护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上给予人文关怀化护理管理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的体重正常增长占比及会阴自然分娩率均高于对照组,GD、PIH发生率和剖宫产率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的胎膜早破、巨大儿发生率及新生儿体重均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的DOL发生率和人工喂养率均低于对照组,母乳喂养率和护理服务满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀化护理管理应用于肥胖初产孕妇中,可有效控制孕产妇体重增长,改善妊娠结局,促进产后泌乳,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of humanistic care nursing management on pregnancy outcome and lactation function of obese primipara.Methods A total of 100 obese primipara admitted in obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine birth examination and routine nursing management after filing,and the observation group received humanistic care nursing management on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of normal weight growth and the natural perineal delivery rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the incidences of GD,PIH and cesarean section rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of premature rupture of membranes,macrosomia and neonatal weight in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of DOL and artificial feeding rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the breast-feeding rate and nursing service satisfaction score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care nursing management applied to obese primipara can effectively control the weight growth of pregnant women,improve pregnancy outcomes,promote postpartum lactation,and improve nursing satisfaction.
