严肃党内政治生活是党的优良传统,是正确处理党内关系和党内矛盾、净化党内政治生态和推进从严治党的必然要求。建党百年来中国共产党为严肃党内政治生活进行了艰辛的探索,也给我们留下许多有益的启示:坚持民主集中制的基本原则,丰富发展民主集中制各项制度;始终注重党内思想教育;着力提高党的组织生活质量;必须运用好批评与自我批评这一武器;严明党的政治纪律和政治规矩;注重强化党内监督。

Strengthening intra-party political activities is a fine tradition of the Party,and it is also a necessary requirement for correctly handling intra-party relations and contradictions,purifying the political environment within the Party,and promoting the Party’s self-governance.Since its founding a century ago,the CPC has made arduous explorations in strengthening intra-party political activities,leaving us with many useful inspirations:we must adhere to the basic principle of democratic centralism,and enrich and develop various systems of democratic centralism;we must always pay attention to the ideological education within the Party;we should strive to improve the quality of organizational activities of the Party;we must make good use of the weapon of criticism and self-criticism;we should strictly enforce the Party’s political discipline and rules;we should strengthen intra-party supervision.
