The strong vitality and great superiority of China’s state system and governance system have been fully tested and proved in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic.Seen from the political guarantee of the CPC’s strong leadership,the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to and makes decisive decisions in the epidemic prevention and control,the party organizations at all levels are responsible and resolute in carrying out the decisions,and the majority of Party members and cadres are in the forefront and set good examples.From the value cornerstone of putting the people first,we have always given top priority to the people’s life safety and health,ensured openly and transparently the people’s right to know and supervise,and built a tight defense line of mass prevention and control by relying on the people.From the obvious advantages of pooling resources to accomplish major undertakings,the dominance of the public ownership is an important support,the efficient and coordinated operation is the implementation goal,and the scientific prevention and control according to the law is the embodiment of the principle.From the great national spirit as the source of strength,we have built a monument to the spirit of the new era by carrying forward the great spirit of putting life first,being of one heart and one mind,disregarding one’s life safety,respecting science,and sharing a common destiny.From the perspective of the mechanism for comprehensively deepening reform,China has actively improved the national emergency management system for public health,remediated formalism and bureaucratism,coordinated China’s overall economic and social development and stability,and fully translated the advantages of the state system and the governance system into practical effectiveness of governance.
