Several Considerations on Constructing the Academic System for the Study of the Party’s Political Building

加强党的政治建设,既是重大实践问题,也是重大理论问题。在党的建设学科体系框架下,努力构建党的政治建设研究的学术体系,为加强党的政治建设提供学术依托和学理支撑,不仅具有内在的现实需要,而且具备了可能条件和坚实基础。其重点难点在于,科学界定党的政治建设中的大量概念术语,把握党的政治建设的质的规定和内在要求,明确党的政治建设与其他各项建设之间的关系,建立健全发挥统领作用的体制机制和方法途径。抓住和解决这些重点难点问题,是努力构建党的政治建设研究学术体系的努力方向和着力点。

Strengthening the political building of the Party is not only a major practical issue,but also a major theoretical issue.It is of an intrinsic demand,feasible conditions and a solid foundation that we work hard to construct the academic system for the study of the Party’s political building within the disciplinary framework of party building,so as to provide academic and theoretical support for strengthening the Party’s political building.The key points and difficulties include scientifically defining a large number of conceptual terms regarding the Party’s political building,grasping the qualitative provisions and internal requirements of the Party’s political building,clarifying the relations between the Party’s political building and other aspects of party building,and establishing and perfecting the systems,mechanisms,methods and channels for exerting the leading role of the Party’s political building.Grasping and solving these key and difficult points is the direction and focal point for constructing the academic system for the study of the Party’s political building.
