摘要 南京信息工程大学是国家"双一流"建设高校和江苏高水平大学建设重点支持高校。管理学科作为学校重点发展的主要学科之一,从萌芽、成长到壮大历经30载,一直与学校发展同频共振并作出了显著贡献。20世纪90年代,为响应行业发展和社会需求,学校拉开了管理学科发展的序幕。21世纪以来,管理学科不仅在经典研究领域积极探索,同时也面向国家气象事业和学校气象专业的发展需求,拓展了一系列新兴交叉学科,不断探索教学与科研新方向,成果斐然,逐步形成了学士、硕士、博士、博士后的完整人才培养体系,为我国气象事业发展、地方发展乃至国家发展作出了贡献。站在新的时代起点上,南京信息工程大学将立足当下,锐意改革,拼搏奋进,努力打造管理学科发展新高地,推动管理学科建设进入高质量发展新阶段。 Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology(NUIST)is a national“Double First-Class”university and a key support university of Jiangsu high-level construction.As one of the key disciplines in the development of NUIST,management discipline has been resonant with the development of NUIST in the same frequency and has made significant contributions since its inception,growth and expansion for 30 years.In the 1990s,in order to respond to the industry development and social needs,NUIST opened the prelude to the development of management discipline.Since the 21st century,management discipline has not only actively explored in the classic research field,but also expanded and opened a series of emerging interdisciplinary disciplines to meet the development needs of national meteorological service and meteorological specialty of the university.It has constantly explored new directions of teaching and scientific research,achieved remarkable results,and gradually formed a complete talent fostering system of bachelor,master,doctor and postdoctoral.It has made contributions to the development of China's meteorological service,regional development and national development.Standing at the new starting point of the era,NUIST will hold on well at the current situation,continue to reform,strive to build a new highland of management discipline development,and promote construction of management discipline into a new stage of highquality development.
