装配式木结构技术在历史建筑保护中的应用

近几年随着城市化进程和文化事业的快速推进,大部分具有历史意义和保留价值的老旧建筑均面临着改造与修缮问题,改造修缮过程中既需要保留原建筑的历史文化,又需要满足改造后的使用要求。而装配式木结构取材于大自然,天然具备融合历史文化的特性,且由于材料与结构特点,具备平面布置灵活、方便运输、装配简单易行的优点,与历史建筑改造修缮的要求相契合。该文介绍了某文物历史建筑设计及改造施工的过程,详细阐释了装配式木结构改造技术在实际工程中的具体应用,对装配式木结构改造技术在历史建筑以及在农村老旧房屋改造中应用推广具有一定意义。

With the rapid development of urbanization and cultural undertakings in recent years,most of the old buildings with historical significance and reservation value are faced with issues like renovation and repair.In the renovation and repair process,the historical culture of the original building should be retained while meeting the use requirements after renovation.The prefabricated wood structure,made from nature,has the intrinsic feature of integrating history and culture,with the advantages offlexible layout,convenient transportation and simple assembly,which is in line with the requirements of reconstruction and repair of historic buildings.Therefore,this paper introduced the design and renovation process of a historical building,and explained in detail the concrete application of renovation technology for prefabricated wood structures in practical projects,providing some reference for the application and promotion of the renovation technology for prefabricated wood structures in historical buildings and the renovation of old rural houses.
