基于层次分析法的预拌混凝土供应商优选模型研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 预拌混凝土供应商的选择,对于建筑项目混凝土质量控制起着重要作用。以某重点市政工程的预制梁场为例,通过层次分析法(AHP)确定最优预拌混凝土供应商为评价总目标T,生产能力B1、购买单价B_(2)、原材料质量B_(3)、技术能力B_(4)、运输运距B_(5)、管理制度B6为目标准则层。对C_(1)、C_(2)、C_(3)、C_(4)四个待决择的预拌混凝土供应商进行定量分析评价,建立层次模型及评价矩阵,比较各个混凝土供应商之间的差异性,计算出方案层对于目标层的影响权重,优选最契合项目特征的供应商进行材料供应。该模型可有效避免施工企业在进行预拌混凝土供应商选择时的主观性、盲目性,降低经济风险及质量风险,具有推广应用价值。 The selection of ready-mixed concrete suppliers plays an important role in the concrete quality control of a construction project.Based on the prefabricated beam yard of a key municipal project,the optimal ready-mixed concrete supplier is determined through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)as the overall evaluation target T while production capacity B1,unit purchased price B2,raw material quality B3,technical capability B4,transportation distance B5,and management system B6 are the target criterion levels,the four ready-mixed concrete suppliers C1,C2,C3,and C4 to be selected were quantitatively analyzed and evaluated,a hierarchical model and evaluation matrix were established to compare the differences between various concrete suppliers,and the influence weight of the project level on the target level was calculated,thereby selecting the supplier that best fits the project characteristics for material supply.This model can effectively avoid the subjectivity and blindness of construction companies in the selection of ready-mixed concrete suppliers,reducing economic risks and quality risks,and has the value of popularization and application.
