城乡融合视域下特色村经济转型的动力机制

The Dynamic Mechanism of Economic Transformation of Characteristic Villages from the Perspective of Urban-rural Integration

推动特色村经济转型,将其建设成为新时期推进乡村振兴与农业农村现代化的空间支点,具有重要的价值意义。在城乡融合视域下,立足特色村经济转型内涵,从农业增长、质效提升、结构优化三个维度,本文构建了以"市场扩张、功能集聚、模式创新"三大动力机制为核心的经济转型逻辑框架。市场扩张,通过生产规模累积、结构优化升级和绿色发展导向效应,是拉动特色村经济转型、促进农民增产增收的重要引擎;功能集聚,通过知识溢出、分工深化和组织保障效应,加速构建现代农业生产经营体系,支撑特色村的经济发展提质增效;模式创新,是特色村经济转型的核心动力,主要通过拓展高级要素禀赋、引入现代农业组织以及发展乡村新型服务业,助力现代乡村经济体系建设,推动特色村"经济、生态、文化"融合互动的高质量发展。

In the new era,it is significant to promote the economic high-quality transformation of characteristic villages,and to develop them as the spatial fulcrum for implementing Rural Revitalization Strategy and promoting agricultural modernization.From the perspective of urban-rural integration,based on the three dimensions of economic growth,quality and efficiency improvement,and structural optimization,the paper proposes a transformation logic which includes three dynamic elements of"market expansion,functional agglomeration and mode innovation".Market expansion,through scale accumulation effect,industrial structure upgrading effect and product quality promotion effect,is the external power to promote the economic transformation of characteristic villages and increase farmers’income.Functional agglomeration,through knowledge spillover effect,deepening effect of division of labor and organizational security effect,accelerates the construction of modern agricultural production and operation system,and improves the quality and efficiency of economic development.Mode innovation,which is the fundamental driving force of the economic transformation,helps to build a modern rural industrial system and the integration development of economy-ecology-culture by expanding high-level factor endowments,introducing the modern agricultural organizations and developing new rural service industries.
