摘要 介绍了国内外建筑楼盖结构振动性能相关技术标准、木建筑楼盖结构振动理论与振动试验研究等方面的研究进展,以及其存在的不足之处。提出了加强木结构建筑楼盖振动舒适度设计的理论,制订相关标准;采取减振或隔振措施等方法,加强木建筑楼盖结构振动舒适度的优化设计;提升木建筑楼盖舒适度的动态测试水平;开展长期的监测工作和加大熟练掌握专业理论和试验技能的木结构建筑工程专业人员队伍的建设力度等做好木结构建筑楼盖振动性能工作的五点主要途经。 Domestic and foreign related technical standards for the vibration performance of building floor structures and the research progress in the vibration theory and vibration test research of wooden building floor structures,as well as existing shortcomings were introduced.Five ways to do a good job in the vibration performance of wooden structure building floors were put forward,i.e.strengthening the theoretical research on the design of the vibration comfort of the wood structure building floor structures and formulating relevant standards;adopting measures like vibration reduction or vibration isolation to enhance the optimal design of the vibration comfort of wooden building floor structures,elevating the level of dynamic testing on the comfort of wooden building floors,conducting long-term monitoring work and increasing the efforts to construction of a team of wood structure construction engineering professionals who are proficient in professional theories and test skills.
