立锥结构式油茶脱壳机技术分析研究

Technical Analysis and Research on Vertical Cone-structured Camellia Shelling Machine

针对油茶脱壳技术研究现状,对立锥式油茶脱壳机的工作原理及几种结构形式进行分析,结合应用于其他作物的立锥式脱壳设备进行介绍,总结立锥结构式油茶脱壳机研究影响因素,提出研究立锥结构式油茶脱壳设备除了通过对油茶果实进行受力分析来计算主要影响因素的合理取值范围,还应同时确认其他因素产生的影响效果综合开展研究。

According to the research status of camellia oleifera shelling technology,the working principle and several structural forms of vertical cone type camellia oleifera shelling machines were analyzed,and combined with the vertical cone type shelling equipment applied to other crops,factors influencing the research on vertical cone type camellia oleifera shelling machines were summed up.It was pointed out that the reasonable value ranges of the main influencing factors should be calculated through the force analysis of camellia fruit in the research on vertical cone type camellia oleifera shelling machines.Besides,research should be carried out comprehensively based on confirmation of the influencing effects produced by other factors..
