摘要
为了对地面转子试验器进行动平衡,降低其振动量值,掌握转子系统现场动平衡技术,基于全相位快速傅里叶变换(fast Fourier transform,简称FFT)建立了转子不平衡量的计算模型,并在地面转子试验器上搭建了不平衡测试系统。试验表明,当转速高于1 kr/min后,计算模型可准确地分析出转子不平衡响应。对转子试验器进行了现场动平衡,结果表明,所建立计算模型在较轻的试重条件下(三圆法无法计算出配平方案),经单次配平可使转子不平衡振动降低77.3%,证明了所建立的不平衡计算模型的有效性与准确性。该模型可用于对其他复杂转子机械的现场动平衡计算。
In order to reduce the vibration of the ground rotor tester,dynamic balance of the rotor need to be carried out. In this paper,a calculation model of rotor unbalance is established based on all-phase fast Fourier transform(FFT),and an unbalance test system is built on the ground rotor tester. The test shows that the rotor unbalance response can be accurately measured and analyzed when the speed is higher than 1 kr/min. Finally,the ground rotor tester is dynamically balanced on site,and the results show that the unbalance vibration of the rotor can be reduced by 77.3% with a single time under light test conditions,in that the three-circle method could not calculate the balancing scheme,which proves the effectiveness and reliability of the unbalance calculation model,and the model can be applied to the field dynamic balance of other rotor machines.
