烹饪工艺与营养专业现代学徒制人才培养的探索与实践--以黄冈职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 现代学徒制是贯彻落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的重要举措,目前正在全国各职业院校积极实践之中。作为教育部首批现代学徒制试点院校之一,黄冈职业技术学院在探索实践中总结出现代学徒制人才培养模式的主要特征是:校企合作、招生招工一体化、校企双环境双主体育人、校企双师资执教、学生学徒双重身份、轮岗交替顶岗学习、工学交替,对在探索中遇到的问题进行分析与思考,寻找到多方解决对策,在此基础上为职业院校现代学徒制实践提供了建设性意见。 The Modern apprenticeship is an important measure to implement the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan, and is currently being actively practiced in vocational colleges throughout the country. As one of the Ministry of Education’s first modern apprenticeship pilot institutions, during its exploration and practice, Huanggang Polytechnic College has summed up the main features of the modern apprenticeship training model: school-enterprise cooperation, integration of recruitment and enrollment, school-enterprise double-environment double-main cultivating person, school-enterprise double-teacher teaching, student-apprentice double identity, job-to-job alternation, work-to-study alternation, based on the analysis and reflection of the problems encountered in the exploration, the author tries to find a multi-way solution, which provides constructive suggestions for the practice of modern apprenticeship in vocational colleges.
