论中小学有效教育科研特征指标的构建--基于54篇文本的NVivo编码分析

中小学科研的有效性直接影响教育质量的提升、教师专业的发展和教育文化的重塑,正确评价和认识有效教育科研是关乎这一目标实现的关键。中小学教师需要具有实践性、真实性、规范性、主动性、创新性特征的科研。面对中小学科研有效性提升的迫切需求,应从理论自觉走向策略优化。在价值取向方面,从理论与实践分离向二者的融合发展转变;在研究方法上,由朴素随意向系统规范转变;在研究成果上,从形式创新向实质创新转变;在价值认识上,从被动参加向主动参与转变。

As a powerful support for the development of primary and secondary education,educational research shoulders the mission of exploring laws,solving problems and leading Innovation In educational reform and development.The effectiveness of educational research in primary and secondary schools has a direct impact on the improvement of educational quality,the professional development of teachers and the reshaping of educational culture.The correct evaluation and understanding of effective educational research is crucial to the achievement of this goal.The in-depth research based on 54 texts shows that primary and secondary school teachers need research with practical,authentic,normative,proactive and innovative characteristics.In the face of the urgent need to improve the effectiveness of research in primary and secondary schools,there should be a shitt from theoretical sel--consciousness to strategic optimization.In terms of value orientation,there should be a shitt from the separation of theory and practice to the integration and development of the two;in terms of research methods,there should be a shitt from plain and casual to systematic and normative;in terms of research results,there should be a shitt from formal innovation to substantive innovation;and in terms of value recognition,there should be a shitt from passive participation to active involvement.
