摘要
针对某款2.0L VVT发动机正时皮带传动系统的振动与可靠性问题,从力平衡观点出发,对正时传动系统力学模型进行简化,快速找到影响正时传动系统振动的外部激励因素。通过减小凸轮轴负载力矩波动、减小VVT动态调节的震荡及优化张紧器结构参数等措施,降低了正时传动系统振动,降低了正时张紧器摆幅,解决了正时张紧器和皮带磨损失效问题;确定了正时传动系统振动的关键指标,并通过了发动机可靠性试验验证。
In order to solve the vibration and reliability problems of timing belt transmission system of a2.0 L VVT engine,the mechanical model of timing drive system is simplified from the point of view of force bal-ance,and the external excitation factors affecting the vibration of timing drive system are quickly found. Throughthe methods of reducing the fluctuation of camshafts loads,reducing VVT adjusting shock,optimizing belt ten-sioner internal structure,reducing the vibration of timing belt transmission system and timing tensioner swing,the issues of wear failure of timing tensioner and belt are solved. The key index of the vibration of the timingtransmission system is determined,and the reliability test of the engine is verified.
