煤层气多分支水平井具有单井产量高、采出程度高、经济效益好等优势。通过对已有煤层气多分支水平井钻井过程中固完井、井身结构及井眼轨迹、钻具组合、钻井液、钻井参数等方面进行分析,总结现阶段多分支水平井实钻中常见的主要问题,分析其发生的原因,并找出优化后的保障措施,为未来煤层气多分支水平井钻井工程提出建议。

CBM multi-lateral horizontal wells have the advantages of high single well production,high recovery degree and good economic benefits.Through the analysis from the aspects of solid completion,wellbore structure,well trajectory,BHA,drilling fluid,drilling parameters,ect.in the drilling process of existing CBM multi-lateral horizontal wells,this paper summarizes the common problems in the actual drilling of multi-lateral horizontal wells at present,analyzes the causes of their occurrence,and finds out the optimized guarantee measures,so as to put forward the suggests for the drilling engineering of CBM multi-lateral horizontal well in the future.
