摘要
本文主要针对樊庄区块中部煤层气井生产特点,选取有高产井史、远离断层、煤矿、井网相对完善的煤层气井区开展注氮增产试验,探索出一套煤层气井注氮增产改造技术,通过向煤层中注入氮气来降低游离气体中的甲烷分压,从而促使甲烷从煤层中的解吸,增加甲烷的产气,实现煤层气高效开发的目的。结果表明:选取的樊庄中部地区的HB-X1井组、HB-X2井组实施注氮增产技术后,周边邻井产气量提高。
Based on the production characteristics of CBM wells in the central part of Fanzhuang Block,this paper selects CBM wells far away from faults and coal mines,with high production history and relatively complete well patterns,to carry out nitrogen injection tests and explores a set of production increase and reconstruction technology with nitrogen injection for CBM wells.The partial pressure of methane in the free gas is reduced by injecting nitrogen into the coal seam,which will promote desorption of methane from the coal seam,increase the gas production,and achieve the goal of efficient development.The results show that the gas production of the selected wells HB-X1 and HB-X2 in the central area of Fanzhuang has increased after implemented the nitrogen injection technology.
