摘要
以天津高校为主要调研对象,通过文献研究摸索艺术学科科研创新的内涵与发展规律;通过实地调研掌握分析艺术学科教师心态、能力的一手数据;通过海外著名案例分析提取成功经验,在此基础上建立涵盖学科发展战略层面到具体措施层面的三级决策框架,从而为艺术学科更好履行时代赋予自身的使命做出贡献。
Choosing Tianjin colleges and universities as primary research subjects,by means of literature research,we explored the connotation and development law of scientific research and innovation in art discipline.Through field research,we also collected and analyzed the first-hand data of art teachers’state of mind and abilities.Furthermore,by using famous overseas cases we synthesized successful experiences.Based on the results of our study,in this article we propose a three-level decision-making framework constructed from the strategic level of discipline development to the level of specific measures in order to contribute ourselves to the better fulfillment of the mission entrusted by the art discipline in the new times.
