人工智能时代天津市职业教育转型发展研究

Transformation and Development of Tianjin Vocational Education in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

当前人工智能已经上升为国家战略,伴随着天津市人工智能产业的快速发展,迫切需要新的职业教育人才培养模式与之相适应。从国内国际视角度分析了当前职业教育所面临的现实挑战,提出天津市职业教育存在职教政策有待完善、双师建设有待提升、专业课程建设有待调整和实训平台建设有待加强等问题。从宏观政策制定、双师建设、校企合作和产教融合等方面,提出职业教育服务于国家人工智能战略的人才培养转型路径,旨在为职业院校人才培养服务地方经济的转型提供可鉴之处。

Nowadays,artificial intelligence has become a kind of national strategy.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence industry in Tianjin,it is urgent to adapt to the new personnel training mode in vocational education.First of all,from domestic and international perspectives,this paper analyzes the current challenges in vocational education.Secondly,the paper points out some of the problems in Tianjin vocational education,for example the policy needs to be improved,the supply of scientific research and innovation talents is insufficient,the construction of professional courses needs to be adjusted,and the building of the training platform needs to be strengthened.Finally,from the aspects of macro policy-making,the construction of a double function teacher team,school-enterprise cooperation,and integration of industry and education,the paper puts forward a transformation path for vocational education to serve the national artificial intelligence strategy,so as to provide certain reference for vocational colleges’personnel training and some serve to the transformation of local economy.
