行业特色高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设思考

Promoting Staff Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Universities with Industrial Features

创新创业教育师资队伍是高校创新创业教育建设的骨干力量,是抓好创新创业教育的关键所在。目前,多数行业特色高校创新创业师资队伍仍存在数量不足、专职比例过低、专业化程度不高、机制不健全、教育理念偏差等问题。因此,建设一支具有显著行业特色的高校创新创业教育师资队伍,行业特色高校应加强行业联系,融入行业文化,从选拔机制着手,把好教师入口观,抓好教师培养,健全考核激励制度,丰富兼职教师队伍,推动高校创新创业教育深化改革。

Teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship education are the backbone of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,which is the key to advance innovation and entrepreneurship education.At present,among teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities with industrial features,there lie such problems as insufficient numbers,low proportion of full-time staff,low degree of specialization,imperfect mechanism,outdated educational ideas and so on.Therefore,to recruit high quality teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities with remarkable industrial features,universities with industry features should strengthen industry ties,integrate themselves into industry culture,improve staff-selection mechanism,establish high standard hiring benchmarks,and effectively promote teacher training.Moreover,universities should also improve assessment and incentive systems,assemble a team of many occasional temporary teachers,and deepen an innovation and entrepreneurship educational reform in universities.
