摘要
教育生态学研究的是教育过程中呈现出来的生命状态。课堂是一种微观的教育生态系统,在这个系统中,教师、学生和课堂环境都是重要的生态因子,彼此相互作用、相互影响。翻转课堂具有调节、滋养、规范、代谢等生态功能。从学习模式、教学模式、管理模式和评价模式四个维度提出翻转课堂的模式构建策略,可以优化教学环境,打造一个动态平衡、良性循环的生态系统,全方位提高教学效率与质量。
Educational ecology studies the living state of creatures in the course of education.Classroom is a micro educational ecosystem,in which teachers,students and environment are essential ecological factors with mutual effect.Flipped classroom(FC)has such ecological functions as modulation,nutrition,regulation and metabolism.From the four dimensions of learning mode,teaching mode,management mode and evaluation mode,this paper puts forward the mode construction strategy of FC,which can optimize the teaching environment,create a balanced,dynamic and virtuous cycle ecosystem,and improve the teaching efficiency and quality in an all-round way.
