Personalized market demand makes the main trend of consumption diversification more and more obvious,and the uncertainty of market demand becomes more and more intense.Moreover,there are many uncertain factors in the supply chain environment in the new retail operation process.Therefore,it is an important issue for enterprises to study the supply chain inventory control countermeasures under the uncertain factors.Based on the factors that affect the demand uncertainty,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the supply chain inventory control,determines the standard deviation through the demand frequency distribution,and determines the safety stock according to the standard deviation.At the same time,the flexible production,lean management and other issues are discussed to improve the accuracy of inventory establishment,so as to achieve the optimal state of inventory control in the process of supply chain operation.
