Discussion on IT Project Management Based on CMMI and PMBOK--A Case Study of L Corporation

鉴于信息技术行业的独特性,IT项目管理与一般性项目管理存在较大差异,直接应用传统项目管理理论往往效果不佳。L公司将CMMI模型和PMBOK项目管理体系相结合,根据IT行业特点和企业IT产品特点,有针对性地开发了一种IT项目管理工程方法,应用效果明显,具有一定的借鉴意义。

In view of the uniqueness of information technology industry,IT project management is quite different from general project management;the direct application of traditional project management theory is often ineffective.L Corporation combines CMMI model with PMBOK project management system,and develops a practical IT project management engineering methods according to the characteristics of IT industry and IT products,which has certain reference significance.
