抽水蓄能电站弃渣场全过程管控研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前弃渣场在抽水蓄能电站设计、建设、运营过程中得不到足够重视情况,为提高弃渣场全过程管控能力,通过对新源公司系统内在建和已投运电站100余个弃渣场的情况进行有针对性调研和普查,梳理不同阶段弃渣场可能存在的问题,分析产生这些问题的原因,分别对规划、设计、移交、运检、维护阶段的弃渣场提出了应重点关注的内容,给出了弃渣场稳定性监测系统运行示意图,详细列举了渣体、挡排设施、巡检道路、监测设施在运检阶段需要着重关注的内容。 In view of the situation that the spoil areas have not been paid enough attention to in the design,construction and operation of pumped storage power station,in order to improve the whole process control ability of the spoil areas,the paper makes a targeted investigation and survey on the internal construction and operation of more than 100 spoil areass in the national grid Xinyuan company system,combs out the possible problems in different stages of the spoil areas,and analyzes the problems The reasons are as follows:the contents of the spoil areas in the planning,design,handover,transportation inspection and maintenance stages are put forward,and the operation diagram of the stability monitoring system of the spoil areas is given.The contents of the slag body,the drainage facilities,the patrol roads and the monitoring facilities should be focused on in the stage of operation and inspection are listed in detail.
