This paper reviews and analyzes and interprets the various stages of development and the main policy system of the land acquisition and resettlement policy of water conservancy and hydropower projects after the founding of the People's Republic of China,and clarifies the process of establishing,developing and constantly improving the resettlement policy system of land acquisition in China through the analysis of the evolution of the two main lines of land and resettlement.According to the current development situation of water conservancy and hydropower projects and the development direction of land acquisition and resettlement policy,we look forward to the evolution mode and direction of china's future water conservancy and hydropower project land acquisition and resettlement policy.
