福建乡村高质量发展的现实困境与路径分析

党的十九届五中全会明确提出,要加强两岸产业合作,支持福建探索海峡两岸融合发展新路。实施乡村振兴战略是福建推动农业转型升级、农民增收致富的大好机遇和有效动力。当前,福建乡村振兴在劳动力资源、产业竞争力、政策支持力等方面与高质量发展超越的要求还有较大差距。加快乡村振兴领域的发展超越,必须树立“一盘棋”“出新招”“特色牌”的工作理念,进一步完善农业农村工作机制,加快现代农业发展步伐,加大农村基础保障力度,确保国家关于乡村振兴和发展超越的战略部署落实到位。
