枢纽经济是以枢纽为引擎衍生出的一种新经济形态,这一现象在经济史中较早存在,其内涵和外延在不同阶段有差异化表现,但本质都是通过优化资源要素的时空配置重塑产业体系,促进生产力空间布局的提升和完善。功能聚疏性、空间开放性、多维融合性、形态多样性、迭代周期性是枢纽经济的基本特征,综合交通枢纽是枢纽经济发展的重要依托。枢纽经济运行机制可分为动力机制、演进机制和调适机制。现阶段我国枢纽经济发展存在顶层设计不足、枢纽经济发展相对滞后、枢纽产业结构不合理、区域效应不明显等问题,在新发展格局视野下需要进一步从国家视角完善枢纽经济规划体系,搭建枢纽经济运行平台,进一步优化培育枢纽产业,推进枢纽经济与城市高效协同发展。

The hub economy is a new economic form derived from the hub as the engine.This phenomenon has existed earlier in economic history.Its connotation and extension have different performances at different stages,but the essence is reshaping the industrial system and promoting the improvement of productivity spatial layout through optimizing the time and space allocation of resource elements.Functional aggregation,spatial openness,multi-dimensional integration,morphological diversity,and periodic iterations are the basic characteristics of the hub economy,and a comprehensive transportation hub is an important support for the development of the hub economy.The operation mechanism of the hub economy can be divided into dynamic mechanism,evolution mechanism and adjustment mechanism.At this stage,China’s hub economic development has problems such as insufficient top-level design,relatively lagging hub economic development,irrational hub industrial structure,and insignificant regional effects.Under the new development pattern,it is necessary to further improve the hub economic planning system from the national perspective,build a hub economic operation platform,further optimize and cultivate the hub industry,and promote the efficient and coordinated development of the hub economy and the city.
