健康中国战略下保险科技赋能商业健康保险发展研究

Research on the Development of Insurance Technology Empowering Commercial Health Insurance under the Healthy China Strategy

"健康中国"的战略核心在于保证全体国民平等显著地获得全领域、各周期的健康综合保障,从而实现全民保健目标。在"健康中国"战略指引下,商业健康保险公司可以通过与各种类型保险科技的融合发展,明确市场定位、调整发展重心、发掘发展潜力。但当前健康保险公司应用保险科技区域化差异大、健康保险数据获取存在障碍、专业人才储备不足、数字消费者发掘不足以及保险科技公司产业链影响力不足等问题,制约了商业健康保险科技化进程。因此,基于"健康中国"的战略背景,本文从政府角度和保险公司角度提出一系列对策来推进商业健康保险在健康中国背景下的科技赋能。

The core of the strategy of"Healthy China"is to ensure that all citizens have equal and significant access to comprehensive health protection in all fields and cycles,so as to achieve the goal of universal health care.Under the guidance of"Healthy China"strategy,commercial health insurance companies can clarify market positioning,adjust development focus,and explore development potential through the integration and development of various types of insurance technology.However,current health insurance companies have large regional differences in the application of insurance technology,obstacles in obtaining health insurance data,insufficient professional talent reserves,insufficient digital consumer discovery,and insufficient influence of the insurance technology company’s industrial chain,which restrict the technological progress of commercial health insurance.Therefore,based on the strategic background of"Healthy China",this article proposes a series of countermeasures from the perspective of the government and insurance companies to promote the technological empowerment of commercial health insurance in the context of Healthy China.
