The Chinese Communist Party’s Anti-Corruption Struggle in the Early Days of the Founding of PRC

新中国成立初期,贪污、浪费、官僚主义、命令主义等腐败现象高危频发,中国共产党大张旗鼓地开展反腐败斗争,形成了“不敢腐”的强大震慑。同时,开启制度建设,编扎“不能腐”的笼子;加强思想道德教育,搭建“不想腐”的防线。分析该时期腐败现象的表现、产生原因和反腐防腐的举措,总结历史经验,可为当前中国特色社会主义新时代的反腐败斗争提供有益的借鉴。

In the early days of the founding of the PRC,corruption,waste,bureaucracy,commandism and other phenomena of corruption occurred frequently.The CPC launched an anti-corruption struggle with great fanfare,forming a strong deterrent of“dare not corrupt”.At the same time,the CPC strengthened the con-struction of the system,organized a cage of“cannot corrupt”;strengthened the ideological and moral educa-tion,and built a defense line of“do not want to corrupt”.Analyzing the manifestation,causes of corruption and measures of anti-corruption and summarizing historical experience in this period can provide useful refer-ence for the current anti-corruption struggle in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
