摘要
目的探讨iRICELL3000全自动尿液分析流水线在尿路感染快速筛检中的应用价值。方法通过730例中段尿定量细菌培养,同时应用iRICELL3000全自动尿液分析流水线检测尿液标本的白细胞酯酶(LEU)、亚硝酸盐(NIT)、白细胞数(WBC)、细菌数(BACT)和小微粒数(ASP),以患者中段尿定量细菌培养及临床诊断尿路感染为金标准,应用决策树统计学方法,评估iRICELL3000全自动尿液分析流水线对尿路感染快速筛检的临床应用价值。结果应用iRICELL3000全自动尿液分析流水线检测的LEU、NIT、WBC、BACT和ASP制定决策树模型,该模型预测正确率为85.25%。结论iRICELL3000全自动尿液分析流水线决策树模型可以用于临床快速筛查尿路感染,对尿路感染的阴性排除具有良好的应用价值。
Objective To discuss the application value of IRICELL3000 full-automatic urine analysis pipeline in rapid screening for urinary tract infection(UTI). Methods The leukocyte esterase(LEU), nitrite(NIT), white blood cell(WBC), bacterial content(BACT) and small particles(ASP) of urine samples were determined in 730 cases by quantitative bacterial culture of mid-stream urine and RICELL3000 full-automatic urine line. Bacterial culture of mid-stream urine and clinical diagnosis of UTI are the gold standards. Apply decision tree model to evaluate the clinical application value of iRICELL3000 fullautomatic urine analysis pipeline in rapid screening for UTI. Results The decision tree model was established through the LEU, NIT, WBC, BACT and ASP detected via the application of iRICELL3000 fullautomatic urine analysis, and the accuracy rate of this model was 85.25%. Conclusion The application of decision tree of iRICELL3000 full-automatic urine analysis pipeline in rapid screening for UTI is available and the application for negative exclusion in UTI is valuable.
