PCT、CRP、IL-6和WBC在脓毒症患者中的表达及与疾病严重程度的关系探究

Investigation on Expressions of PCT,CRP,IL-6 and WBC in Patients with Sepsis and Correlation with Degree of Disease Severity

目的:探究PCT、CRP、IL-6和WBC在脓毒症患者中的表达及与疾病严重程度的关系。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年9月收治的54例脓毒症患者为A组,同时期的54例非脓毒症患者为B组,同时期的54例体检健康者为C组。检测与比较三组血清PCT、CRP、IL-6和WBC水平,比较A组中不同严重程度(脓毒症、严重脓毒症及脓毒性休克)及预后(存活及死亡)患者的检测结果,并采用Spearman秩相关分析上述检测指标与脓毒症严重程度的关系,采用Pearson相关性分析上述指标与预后的关系。结果:A组血清PCT、CRP、IL-6和WBC水平均显著高于B组与C组,B组则显著高于C组,A组中较为严重及死亡患者的血清PCT、CRP、IL-6和WBC水平均显著高于较轻及存活患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),Spearman秩相关分析显示,血清PCT、CRP、IL-6和WBC与脓毒症严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05),Pearson相关性分析显示,血清PCT、CRP、IL-6和WBC与本类患者的预后有密切的关系(P<0.05)。结论:PCT、CRP、IL-6和WBC在脓毒症患者中呈现高表达状态,且与疾病严重程度呈正相关,因此在脓毒症患者中的检测价值相对较高。

Objective:To investigate the expression of PCT,CRP,IL-6 and WBC in patients with sepsis and correlation with degree of disease severity.Method:A total of 54 patients with sepsis from June 2018 to September 2020 were chosen as group A,54 patients without sepsis at the same time were chosen as group B,54 heathy persons with physical examination at the same time were chosen as group C.Then the serum PCT,CRP,IL-6 and WBC of three groups were detected and compared,then the detection results of group A with different degree of disease severity(sepsis,severe sepsis and septic shock)and prognosis(survival and death)were compared too,then the correlation between those detection results and degree of disease severity were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis,and the correlation between those indexes and prognosis were analyzed with Pearson correlation analysis.Result:The serum PCT,CRP,IL-6 and WBC of group A were significantly higher than those of group B and group C,the expression levels of group B were significantly higher than those of group C,the serum PCT,CRP,IL-6 and WBC of group A with more serious sepsis and death were significantly higher than those of patients with mild sepsis and survival,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),Spearman rank correlation analysis showed the serum PCT,CRP,IL-6 and WBC were all positively correlated with degree of disease severity(P<0.05),Pearson correlation analysis showed the serum PCT,CRP,IL-6 and WBC were close with the prognosis of these patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PCT,CRP,IL-6 and WBC in patients with sepsis are higher,and they are positively correlated with degree of disease severity,so their detection value in the patients with sepsis are relatively higher.
