肠外营养治疗溃疡性结肠炎后发生低钙血症的相关因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors of Hypocalcemia after Parenteral Nutrition Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探讨肠外营养治疗溃疡性结肠炎后发生低钙血症的相关影响因素。方法:选取2014年9月-2020年1月本院接诊的150例溃疡性结肠炎患者的资料进行回顾性分析。依据患者治疗3周后的血钙浓度分组,血钙浓度低于2.2 mmol/L为病例组,其余则为对照组。分析肠外营养治疗溃疡性结肠炎后发生低钙血症的相关影响因素。结果:150例患者中,病例组31例,对照组119例,低钙血症发生率20.67%。logistic多因素分析结果显示,患者的日照时间、病程、DAI评分、入院时血钙浓度均为肠外营养治疗溃疡性结肠炎后发生低钙血症的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:患者的日照时间、病程、DAI评分、入院时血钙浓度均为肠外营养治疗溃疡性结肠炎后发生低钙血症的独立影响因素。

Objective:To explore the related factors of hypocalcemia after parenteral nutrition treatment of ulcerative colitis.Method:The data of 150 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from September 2014 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to the blood calcium concentration after 3 weeks of treatment,the patients with blood calcium concentration lower than 2.2 mmol/L as the case group,and the others as the control group.The related factors of hypocalcemia after parenteral nutrition treatment of ulcerative colitis were analyzed.Result:Among 150 patients,31 cases in the case group and 119 cases in the control group.The incidence of hypocalcemia was 20.67%.Logistic multivariate analysis showed that sunshine duration,duration of disease,DAI score and blood calcium concentration on admission were independent influencing factors of hypocalcemia after parenteral nutrition for ulcerative colitis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The duration of sunshine,duration of disease,DAI score and serum calcium concentration at admission are independent influencing factors for the occurrence of hypocalcemia after parenteral nutrition treatment of ulcerative colitis.
