疏肝健脾方对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者肠胃功能、炎性因子的相关影响

Effect of Shugan Jianpi Recipe on Gastrointestinal Function and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:探究疏肝健脾方对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者肠胃功能、炎性因子的相关影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年10月在本院就诊的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者94例。通过随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组采用痛泻宁颗粒进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用疏肝健脾方进行治疗,治疗时间均为3个月。比较两组肠鸣音评分、中医症候评分、治疗效果、胃肠功能、炎症因子、症状严重程度和不良情况发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组肠鸣音评分和中医症候评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组肠鸣音评分和中医症候评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MOT、DOA、PCT、WBC和IL-23水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组上述指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状严重程度评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组症状严重程度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用疏肝健脾方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,可改善肠胃功能,降低炎症反应,具有较好应用效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of Shugan Jianpi Recipe on gastrointestinal function and inflammatory factors in patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.Method:A total of 94 patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tongxiening Granules,and the observation group was additively treated with Shugan Jianpi Recipe on the basis of the control group.The treatment time were 3 months.Bowel sounds score,TCM syndrome score,treatment effect,gastrointestinal function,inflammatory factors,symptom severity and occurrence of adverse conditions were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,bowel sounds score and TCM syndrome score in two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and bowel sounds score and TCM syndrome score in those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MOT,DOA,PCT,WBC and IL-23 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,symptom severity scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and symptom severity scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome by Shugan Jianpi Recipe can improve the gastrointestinal function,reduce the inflammatory response,and has a good application effect.
