温经通络汤联合针灸对类风湿性关节炎患者血流动力学的影响

Effect of Wenjingtongluo Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Hemodynamics in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探讨温经通络汤联合针灸对类风湿性关节炎患者血流动力学的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月本院收治的84例类风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组进行针灸治疗,研究组在对照组基础上进行温经通络汤治疗。比较两组实验室指标、血流动力学、临床体征与症状评分。结果:治疗前,两组CR、ALT、BUN、AST水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组CR、ALT、BUN、AST水平降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血流动力学指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组血小板黏附率、血栓长度、血浆比黏度、全血比黏度高切值降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组临床体征与症状评分、双手握力比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组临床体征与症状评分更低,双手握力更大(P<0.05)。结论:对类风湿性关节炎患者进行针灸联合温经通络汤治疗,效果理想,可改善临床症状与血流动力学指标,可促进患者病情恢复,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenjingtongluo Decoction combined with acupuncture on hemodynamics in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Method:A total of 84 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the study group was treated with Wenjingtongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The laboratory indexes,hemodynamics,clinical signs and symptom scores were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,the levels of CR,ALT,BUN and AST had no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of CR,ALT,BUN and AST in the study group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in hemodynamics between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,platelet adhesion rate,thrombus length,plasma specific viscosity and high shear value of whole blood specific viscosity,the decreases in the study group were more obvious(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of clinical signs and symptoms,the grip strength of two hands between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the scores of clinical signs and symptoms in the study group were lower,and the grip strength of two hands was greater(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Wenjingtongluo Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has ideal effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms and hemodynamic indexes,and promote the recovery of patients’condition,it is worthy of promotion and application.
