个性化叙事护理在老年慢性心力衰竭疾病患者中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨个性化叙事护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者消极情绪的影响及改善护患关系的意义。方法:选取2020年6-12月本院心内科收治的235例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,从中筛选出60例SDS标准分>60分和SAS标准分>58分的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实行个性化叙事护理。比较两组干预前后SDS和SAS评分及干预5~6 d后的护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组SDS、SAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SDS和SAS评分均低于干预前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将个性化叙事护理方法用于老年慢性心力衰竭患者的临床护理工作中,可以起到缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁等负面情绪的作用,改善护患关系,提高患者的满意度。 Objective:To explore the effect of personalized narrative nursing on negative emotion in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and the significance of improving nurse-patient relationship.Method:A total of 235 elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from June to December 2020 were selected,60 patients with SDS standard scores>60 scores and SAS standard scores>58 scores were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received personalized narrative nursing on the basis of the control group.The SDS and SAS scores were compared between two groups before and after intervention,nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups after 5-6 d of intervention.Result:Before intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in two groups compared,there were no statistical significance(P>0.05).After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in two groups were lower than those of before intervention,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The personalized narrative nursing method used in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure can relieve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,improve the relationship between nurse and patient,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
