摘要
甘肃某金矿浮选尾矿矿物组成较为复杂,金主要以微细粒金形式包裹于黄铁矿、毒砂、褐铁矿及脉石矿物中。针对该浮选尾矿性质,进行了溴化法、石硫合剂法、硫代硫酸盐法、硫脲法、新型环保浸金剂ZJ-1浸出法对比,考察了新型环保浸金剂ZJ-1浸出条件。结果表明:相比其他浸金方法,新型环保浸金剂ZJ-1浸出法金浸出指标最优;在最佳工艺条件下,新型环保浸金剂ZJ-1金浸出率为70.81%,与氰化金浸出率相近,且药剂用量与氰化钠相当,有望替代氰化钠实现工业应用,为尾矿资源化利用及创建绿色矿山提供技术支撑。
The mineral composition of the flotation tailings from a gold mine in Gansu is complicated and gold is mainly encased in pyrite,arsenopyrite,limonite and gangue minerals in the form of microfine grain gold.According to the property of the flotation tailings,the paper compares bromination leaching method,lime sulphur leaching method,thiosulfate leaching method,thiourea leaching method and new type environment-friendly gold leaching reagent ZJ-1 leaching method and investigates the leaching conditions for new type environment-friendly gold leaching reagent ZJ-1.The results show that compared to other leaching method,the new type environment-friendly gold leaching reagent ZJ-1 leaching method has the best gold leaching index;under optimal process conditions,the gold leaching rate of new type environment-friendly gold leaching reagent ZJ-1 is 70.81%,close to that of cyanidation gold leaching,and the reagent consumption is close to sodium cyanide.The reagent has potential to replace sodium cyanide in industrial application and provides technical support for tailings utilization as resources and green mine construction.
