摘要
文章在划分西藏农业农村现代化阶段基础上,分析特征并指出存在的问题,围绕共同富裕目标,从差异化发展战略、公共服务均等化、特色农牧业发展、优化空间布局、乡村有效治理等方面提出促进西藏"三农"工作高质量发展的建议。
On the basis of dividing Tibet agriculture rural modernization phase,this paper analysis the characteristics and points out the existing problems.To achieve the goal of common prosperity,suggestions were put forward to promote the high-quality development of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in Tibet from the aspects of differentiated development strategy,equalization of public services,development of characteristic agriculture and animal husbandry,optimization of spatial distribution,and effective governance of rural areas.
