乡村振兴背景下‚一村一幼‛辅导员成就动机的调查研究

摘要 采用AMS成就动机量表,调查四川省凉山州、甘孜州、阿坝州668名“一村一幼”辅导员及省内三大民族自治州内外604名非“一村一幼”辅导员,呈现“一村一幼”辅导员成就动机的现状。结合实地调研和访谈,将影响“一村一幼”辅导员成就动机水平的关键因素归纳为:特殊的经济和文化背景、工作性质的要求与个人素质的差异、改变自身处境的强烈愿望、社会比较、编制和收入、城乡差异。 This paper uses the AMS Achievement Motivation Scale to conduct a questionnaire survey on 668 counselors from Liangshan,Ganzi,and Aba Prefectures in Sichuan Province and 604 non-village counselors from inside and outside the three national autonomous states in Sichuan Province to present the status quo of achievement motivation of“One Village,One Kindergarten”counselors.Combined with field research and interviews,the key factors affecting the achievement motivation level of counselors of“One Village,One Kindergarten”are summarized as follows:special economic and cultural background,differences in the nature of work and personal qualities,strong desire to change one’s own situations,social comparison,establishment and income,urban-rural differences.
