摘要
采用随机抽样法调查甘肃省民族地区职业院校抽取3882名学生,结果表明:民族地区职业院校学生能够认识到法律法规在维系社会稳定、调整社会关系、保护自我权益等方面的重要作用;民族地区职业院校学生法制观念的法制意识得分最高,法制能力和法制情感处于中间水平,法制知识最低,法制观念总体处于中等偏上水平;民族地区职业院校学生法制观念在家庭所在地、父母学历、是否独生子女等人口统计学变量上存在显著差异;学生法制观念可显著预测校园欺凌,整体预测率为46.3%。
A random sampling survey was conducted among 3882 vocational college students in minority areas of Gansu Province.The results show that the students in vocational colleges in minority areas can realize the important role of laws and regulations in maintaining social stability,adjusting social relations and protecting their own rights and interests.The results also show that the scores of legal consciousness of vocational college students in minority areas are the highest,the f legal ability and legal emotion are in the middle level,the knowledge of legal system is the lowest,the legal concept of vocational college students in minority areas is generally in the upper middle level.There are significant differences in demographic variables such as family location,parents’educational background,and children numbers in each family.The legal concept of students can significantly predict campus bullying,and the overall prediction rate is 46.3%.
