新媒体背景下图书馆内刊发展探析——以宁波图书馆《天一文简》为例

Analysis on the Development of Library's Internal Periodicals under the Background of New Media——Taking Tianyi Review in Ningbo Library as an Example

通过阐述新媒体的内涵特征及在图书馆服务中的普遍应用,分析宁波图书馆《天一文简》的创刊历程、栏目设置、版式特色、载体形态,提出馆办内刊的四点发展策略为:纸质版与数字化内刊应共存并行;内刊数字化的再设计、再加工;多措并举拓宽宣传渠道;提升全民阅读素养。

This paper expounds the meaning and characteristics of new media and its common application in the library service,analyzes the details of the Tianyi Review in Ningbo library including the founding process,the content arrangement,the layout design,the literature carrier,proposes four development strategies for the library to run internal periodicals,such as the co-existence of the paper edition and the digital edition,the redesign and reprocessing of the internal periodicals digitalization,advancing the publicity through various measures,and improving the people’s reading literacy.
