矿柱回收技术在猫场地下铝土矿开采中的工业试验 被引量:2

摘要 猫场铝土矿为特大沉积型铝土矿床,在近几年开采过程中,通过开展采矿方法试验研究不断优化两率指标,回收率逐步提高到65%,但距行业标准和初步设计值相差较大。对采场各类矿量损失情况进行了统计分析,矿柱损失占损失总量的31.4%。为了提高矿柱资源回收,开展了矿柱回收技术研究,并进行现场工业试验。结果表明,矿柱回收工业试验采场回收率达到了80.16%,为类似条件下铝土矿山地下开采矿柱回收提供了理论依据和现场实践经验。 Maochang Bauxite Deposit is a large sedimentary bauxite deposit.In recent years,through experimental research on mining methods,the ore recovery indicators have been continuously optimized,and the recovery rate has gradually increased to 65%,but it is far from the industry standard and the initial design value.A statistical analysis of the loss of various types of ore in the stope showed that the loss of ore pillars accounted for 31.4%of the total loss.In order to improve the recovery of ore pillar resources,research on ore pillar recovery technology was carried out and on-site industrial tests were carried out.The results show that the recovery rate of the ore pillar recovery industrial test stope has reached 80.16%,which provides theoretical basis and field practical experience for the recovery of underground mining pillars in bauxite mines under similar conditions.
