摘要 针对石碌铁矿存在施工周期长、成本高、安全性差等缺点,对该矿一直采用的切割井及切割巷联合拉槽工艺进行总结分析,借鉴类似矿山的成功经验,开展了无切割井拉槽试验。介绍了无切割井拉槽工艺的炮孔设计、爆破施工等工艺参数,通过在石碌铁矿的成功应用,提升了矿山安全生产水平、提高了生产作业效率,为矿山开采寻找出安全经济的拉槽方法。 In view of the shortcomings and shortcomings of Shilu Iron Mine,such as long construction period,high cost,poor safety,etc.,a summary and analysis of the cutting shaft and cutting lane combined grooving process used in this mine have been conducted,and the successful experience of similar mines has been used for reference.Grooving test of cutting well.The blast hole design,blasting construction and other process parameters of the non-cutting shaft drawing process are introduced.Through the successful application and production practice in Shilu Iron Mine,the level of safe production in mines and the efficiency of production operations have been improved,so as to find safe and economical methods for mining.Groove method.so as to find safe and economical method for mining Grooving.
