华东某铜多金属矿尾矿选钨试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Research on Tungsten Separation from Tailings of a Copper Polymetallic Mine in East China

摘要 为了进一步提升华东某铜多金属矿的企业经营效益,在对该矿石中钨的物相分析、粒度筛析以及国内外相关尾矿选钨试验研究的基础上,针对该矿石回收完铜、硫、铁后的尾矿含WO_(3)高达0.15%的问题,进行了尾矿选钨探索试验研究,试验最终获得了产率0.125%、WO_(3)品位46.54%、WO_(3)回收率38.78%的钨精矿。试验结果表明:该铜多金属矿尾矿选钨采用粗细分选、重选预富集、浮重联合选别获得钨精矿的工艺流程,能够获得较好的选别指标,为该类型矿石尾矿中回收利用钨提供了技术支撑。 In order to further improve the operating efficiency of a copper polymetallic mine in East China,based on the phase analysis and particle size analysis of tungsten in the ore,as well as related domestic and foreign tailings tungsten beneficiation experimental studies,aimed at rear tailings contained WO_(3) grade as high as 0.15%with the recovery of copper,sulfur,and iron from the ore.An exploratory experiment was conducted on tungsten separation from tailings.A tungsten concentrate with yield of 0.125%,WO_(3) grade of 46.54%and recovery rate of 38.78%was obtained.Tests results have shown that the tungsten concentrate obtained from the copper polymetallic ore tailings tungsten beneficiation adopts coarse subdivision separation,gravity separation pre-enrichment,and floating gravity combined separation to obtain a better separation index,which is the best choice for this type of ore.The development of tailings tungsten beneficiation provides technical support.
