混装车乳化基质断流报警传感器的选型应用

摘要 乳化基质泵送断流会造成泵和物料磨擦生热产生危险,使用合适的流量传感器进行流量检测报警可预防摩擦。为此,描述了流量传感器常用测量原理并进行分类,介绍了选型方法和步骤;总结了硝酸铵乳化基质的性质和泵送工况,阐述了车载断流报警传感器的筛选以及混装炸药车常用断流报警传感器的优缺点。基于此,探讨一种热导式一体化简易安装断流检测传感器的原理和结构、选型定制要求及应用。 The emulsified matrix pumping interruption will cause the friction and heat generation of the pump and the material to cause danger.The use of a suitable flow sensor for flow detection and alarm can prevent friction.The commonly used measurement principles of flow sensors are described and classified,and the selection methods and steps are introduced.The properties and pumping conditions of ammonium nitrate emulsified matrix,the screening of on-vehicle cut-off alarm sensors,and the advantages and disadvantages of common cut-off alarm sensors for Mixed explosives truck are summarized.Based on this,the principle and structure,selection and customization requirements and application of a thermal conductivity integrated simple installation cut-off detection sensor are discussed.
