米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠的临床效果

Clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on termination of pregnancy

目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月潮州市人民医院妇科收治的妊娠期妇女100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予米非司酮进行药物流产,观察组在对照组基础上配伍米索前列醇进行药物流产。观察并比较妊娠妇女的流产效果。结果对照组完全流产33例,不完全流产9例,另有流产失败8例、转为清宫。观察组完全流产46例,不完全流产3例,另有流产失败1例。观察组完全流产率为92.0%,高于对照组的66.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者不良反应发生率为20.0%,观察组患者不良反应发生率为18.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇进行终止妊娠,能够在不增加不良反应发生率的前提下,提高完全流产的成功率,利于患者预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on termination of pregnancy.Methods One hundred pregnant women admitted to Department of Gynecology of Chaozhou People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given mifepristone for medical abortion,and the observation group was given misoprostol for medical abortion on the basis of the control group.The abortion effects of those pregnant women were observed and compared.Results In the control group,there were 33 cases of complete abortion,9 cases of incomplete abortion,8 cases of abortion failure and conversion to curettage.In the observation group,there were 46 cases of complete abortion,3 cases of incomplete abortion and 1 case of abortion failure.The complete abortion rate of the observation group was 92.0%,which was higher than 66.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 20.0%in the control group and18.0%in the observation group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of pregnancy could improve the success rate of complete abortion without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,which was conducive to the prognosis of patients,and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
