宫颈癌早期筛查意义及危险因素的研究进展

Research progress on significance and risk factors of early screening for cervical cancer

宫颈癌是一种在妇科肿瘤疾病中发病率比较高的疾病,对女性的身体健康产生严重的危害。该病有较长的癌前病变过程,因此需要做好早期的筛查和诊断工作。不同方法用来筛查宫颈癌,所得到的效果也有差异。有效提高宫颈癌病变的检出率对于宫颈癌患者而言,能尽早地接受治疗,改善患者生存率。在已有的相关研究中,有不少学者开展宫颈癌早期筛查常见方法的研究,如宫颈液基薄层细胞学和HC-II检测方法等。临床分析宫颈癌的相关危险因素主要有人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染、性生活、生活条件等。通过早期开展宫颈癌筛查,制订有效的治疗措施,如关注高危人群及影响因素、健全妇女防癌保健网和开展性卫生教育等,提高患者的生存率。本文通过对宫颈癌早期筛查及危险因素的研究成果进行综述,为实际临床上开展宫颈癌早期筛查工作奠定理论基础,积累丰富的临床经验。

Cervical cancer is a disease with high incidence rate among gynecological tumor diseases,which will cause serious harm to women’s health.This disease has a long process of precancerous lesions,so it is necessary to do well early screening and diagnosis.Different methods are used to screen for cervical cancer,and the effect is also different.Effectively improving the detection rate of cervical cancer lesions,for patients with cervical cancer,can receive treatment as soon as possible,improve the survival rate of patients.In the existing related studies,many scholars have carried out the research on common methods of early screening of cervical cancer,such as liquid based Thin Prep cytology and HC-II detection methods.Clinical analysis of cervical cancer related risk factors mainly include HPV infection,sexual life,living conditions and so on.Through early screening for cervical cancer,effective treatment measures should be formulated,such as paying attention to high-risk groups and influencing factors,improving women’s cancer prevention and health care network and carrying out sexual health education,so as to improve the survival rate of patients.In this paper,the research results of early screening and risk factors of cervical cancer are reviewed to lay a theoretical foundation for early screening of cervical cancer and accumulate rich clinical experience.
